Monolyth Return & Refund Policy

Elegibility For Refund

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of shipment (as shown on your order confirmation).

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size or style chosen by the customer

General wear and tear after use

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at MonolythHelp@gmail.com within the 30-day window.

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Returns

In most cases, returns are not required. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer or to us without prior authorization, as they cannot be accepted.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your bank/credit card provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, we may arrange a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
